In the Menu you have access to all functions of the Album pro software.
In the following you will find a short explanation of all menu items.

 

 

File Menu

 

 

• New: Starts a new photo book project.

• Open: Shows a dialog to load an existing project. Album pro project files have the file extension EPB.

• Save: Saves the current photo book project file.

• Save as: Shows a dialog to save the photo book using a new name.

• Quit: This menu item quits the program. If you haven't saved the current project, a warning appears.

Edit Menu

 

 

• First page: Shows the first page of the photo book (cover).

• Previous page: Shows the previous double page of the photo book.

• Next page: Shows the next double page of the photo book.

• Last page: Shows the last page of the photo book.

• Move current page to the left: Moves the current page to the left.

• Move current page to the right: Moves the current page to the right.

• Insert pages: Inserts two double pages after the current page.

• Delete pages: Deletes two double pages (four single pages) after the current page.

• Number of pages: Defines the total number of pages of the photo book.

View Menu

 

 

• Preview: This menu item gives a Preview of the photo book.

• Hide explorer and images: This menu item enables you to hide the Explorer and Image window on the left-hand side.

• Hide tools and layouts: This menu item enables you to hide the Tools and Layouts.

Order Menu

 

 

• Order photo book: This menu item starts the Order assistant.

• Burn order data to CD: This menu item starts the CD-Burn assistant to burn the photo book order data to CD. It is only visible if your computer is equipped with a CD writer which the Album pro software supports.

• Upload order data via the Internet: This menu item starts the Upload assistant to transmit the photo book order data via the Internet to Album pro.

• Request current price list: Shows the Album pro Products and Prices section for those who inquire about the current price list. This function requires a standing Internet connection.

Help Menu

 

 

• Help: This menu item loads the help for the Album pro software.

• Quick guide: This menu item shows a Quickstart Tutorial.

• Album pro in the Internet: This menu item opens Album pro website in your web browser. This function requires a standing Internet connection.

• Info: This menu item shows the info dialog of the software.
